How can I get a refund for a package that was not delivered to me.

Package from ceurwa.com, tracking number AQ029753850CN, is shown as being delivered on 7/15/23. Package was not delivered to me, anyone at my address, or the neighbors with whom I share a driveway. I have no other close neighbors. Value of package is $46.98. I require that the package be found and delivered to me, or a replacement may be sent free of any charge, or $46.98 may be refunded to me. Thank you for your prompt resolution of this matter.

I had a package being delivered and I kept checking the tracking number on it because it was already later than it claimed it was gonna take. Then it claimed it had been delivered but it was not and I know this to be true because I was home all day and my dog would have let me know if someone was here. And before you say to do all of the other things to check…yes I talked to my neighbors, I’ve talked to my Postal Service, and I’m getting a refund from the company for my item but they said they do not refund the shipping…I should not have to pay $12.99 for shipping when nothing was shipped to me!!
