How do I pay custom fees for my package being shipped to a chinese warehouse?

Hi. I recently shipped a package from Japan to a chinese warehouse (CSSBUY) to then have it shipped to Canada because Canada is not taking packages from Japan. I think my package needs to be paid for customs clearance because it has been stuck there for weeks. I contacted CSSBUY, and they said they have no responsibility for the custom fees so they won't help me. The tracking number is CN035061019JP
