I asked a question about how to pay fees for the release of the parcel. You said it was waiting for the receiver to pay. The receiver is refusing to pay. You then gave details of how to pay. Can you please send the details of how to pay without the Chinese as I can't read Chinese. I will then attempt to pay the fees myself.

Hi there

I returned a package of clothing to China (from Australia) tracking number CF137326198AU.

I sent it on the 20th November 2020 and I have just seen that is it saying 'Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)' What does this mean?? Can this parcel please be taken to the address on the item, It was clothing purchased from China online, that were completely not as pictured hence posting it back from a refund. The company is aware of this and it has now been 2 months and it is still not at its destination.
