How Long Stuck In China?

I have 5 packages ranging from 20-40 days, all stuck at ‘Handed Over to carrier’ I’m wondering if they’re going to be lost or what..

Hi RWatson29,

You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for over 60 days, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

Hello,
I bought some goods from China then I returned them (from France) with tracking number EW114665198FR.
The parcel arrived in China and Fuzhou Aipt, but has been stuck since the 30th of April 2023. Contacted the seller, he said that he tried to contact the customs services but had no reply. Would you know the reason why this parcel has been stuck for so long? And what I can do?? The seller doesn't want to refund me as long as he hasn't received the items back.

Normally I receive my parcels in a few days but instead it’s stuck at the export customs. Is there anything wrong with it? I contacted the seller but the seller needs more time to answer:.
