Hi Joshy Nicola,

It was delivered to the carrier transport on November 16 and takes about 20-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hello,
I ordered something from eBay and I think it has taken longer that expected and I was wondering if I could get some help from you.
The tracking number is UQ116429515CN and its destination is Mexico. The last status says it's in a city called Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
I understand that in some cases the tracking number stops updating when the package leaves China so if someone could tell me a way to keep tracking my package outside China (maybe a different website) I would be eternally grateful!
