I'm waiting for something from China and it's going to WV United States that's probably 20 or more days to get into United States

It may has left China last month. There is no further update in tracking system because it's a China Post Ordinary Small Packet. It's not registered, so China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it.
China Post stopped tracking after 'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open'. You usually need to wait for two months for it to arrive. That means you may get it at the end of March.
