22/5 China post tracking states parcel delivered on 21/5 but no delivery to address or with any neighbours tried contacting company and no response. I have sent numerous emails to company, fei xiang in china and responses have always reassured me parcel on way. 23/5 Gone into china post tracking website and today states out for delivery from Hallett Cove in South Australia

I need to return wigs back to this company. First they were resisting me a refund trying to give me every excuse under the sun and basically told me I was keeping them. Then after countless emails or repeatedly asking for the return address they only offered a partial refund of which again after me rejecting that as not good enough, then did they send me this address. Can I check if the contact and address is legitimate?
And has anyone else who has sent refund to this address, have you received your refund?
