My parcel LO399917831GB is being held by china import customs due to invoice missing. What information do you need from me to get the parcel moving on to its final destination?

Hi Liz Locke,

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.

I have sent this parcel to return items to the retailer for a refund. Who is the receiver? Me sending the return or the retailer receiving the return? Thanks

Hello,
I am sending a parcel to China with shipment number CY286806193DE, and the parcel is in customs for the last 3 months.
I understand the customs declaration materials should be submitted. But the customs declaration forms stating the details you mentioned in the last answer (importer details, goods description, value...) is attached on the surface of the parcel in an envelope.
The DHL asked us - the sender - to provide these details when we sent the parcel.
Could you please check the parcel again and see the documents attached.
Is there any other problem with the package?

Hello everyone,

I have sent a return to China. The parcel has been at customs in China since 26.06.2024. There have been no new updates since then. I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?
