If you want it back to Japan, you need to contact the seller to get connected with the customs to require it back.

It's waiting for the receiver to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
