how to pick up arcel when it is being returned to sender

The parcel hasn't been picked up as the courier could not deliver it. The status is now return to pick up point, and will be returned to sender later. How can I pick up my parcel, can they deliver again? Or can I go pick up at the pick up point?

You need to contact your local courier to ask if you could pick up your parce l now.
