I want to use the China Post International Small Parcel service, how can I subscribe?

Are you in China now? If you are, go to one of the post offices to send your items. Or, call China post service number 11185 to let them pick up at your place. If you don't speak Chinese, better let one of your Chinese friends to call for you.
