I sent a 48 grams letter envelope to my friend in the Xinjiang region of China from Turkey. However, the address could not be found during the delivery and it was decided to being return it to Turkey. Everything is normal up to this point. However, the return process has not been updated for more than 1 month. Since January 19. The latest information is that it left Urumqi. However, it is not known where it went or what happened. Do return processes take this long in China or is there an abnormality? I have added the cargo tracking information below in Chinese.

I have no idea how to track my order or where it is. But somehow my payment went through, no problem. The email for the company bounces back so I feel like I’ve been scammed. Can someone please help?

We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.

Could you please check where my order is?.
