I can't find in Varna, Bulgaria my order

Hello, I need your help please. Tracking of a package AG083851476CN shows that as of 06/08/2023 it is somewhere in Varna, Bulgaria. I have not received any notification for this. And they can't tell me which courier office a package with this tracking number is at. Can you help me? Who received the shipment in Varna? Thank you very much in advance!

Hi Mina Savova,

It should be delivered bu your local post service.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I have an order with a tracking number AM614196269CN. The tracking information says that it is delivered. However, I haven't received anything and the postal services in Ruse, Bulgaria say they haven't received any packages, starting with AM and there's no trace of the package anywhere. I would like to ask when and where can I receive my order and who could I possibly contact (a shipping partner in Bulgaria or anyone else?). Thank you in advance!
