Please I need to be given the tracking number for my package inside my country, I'm from Uruguay, I have the tracking number inside your page (Chinapost), it's ACM978227394CY, but the last time it let me see it, the tracking in your page said the package was disposable for deliver but after some days it never arrived and when I tried to go to the nearest post office they said me they can't search it without a tracking number for correo uruguayo (the post service your page said you use in Uruguay) but that number was never provided to me by the page

There is no more tracking number for ACM978227394CY. This number works to the end. The latest information for it shows it was delivered on September 15. As it's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you in time.
