I haven’t received my order from 10/28/22

I placed my order 10/28/22 and haven’t received it yet it’s now 12/25/22. My tracking number is AG597111765CN and there has not been an update since 10/28/22. What is the status of my shipment and expected arrival date.

Hi KT85,

In normal, it should be delivered in two months. It's not normal for it. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you through opening a case to China Post and give you a solution.

Please I Chukwubuikem favour Mmesoma placed an order on Aliexpress on 23rd of June and the order is a phone with the tracking number RE044437510NL.. And on July 12 it get to my Country customs (Nigeria) and up till now I haven't received my order, neither have I gotten any phone call or an email concerning my order and according to this tracker here it's said to have been moved to Netherlands..
