I haven't received my refund

Hi, I didn't receive my parcel number RE018260332CN. I filed a dispute and was awarded a refund of USD 21.78 on 2020/05/06. I have checked with my card issuer and they say they haven't received the money. Could you please help me find out what went wrong and how I can contact AliExpress to furnish me with the details of the transactions with my card issuer so that I can make a follow-up.

Hi James Alani,

It didn't pass the check and returned back on March 7. It was delivered to air transport again on May 8. It's in transit to Uganda now. You may receive it in another 30 days.
