I hav'nt recieved my parcel

Hi my name is Aysha, i ordered an item from china and they gave me tracking no ZA00201708801, a day ago i saw tracking status and it was showing delivered where as i didnot recieved my parcel yet, but when i contact the senders they said i have to contact china post they will let me now about my carrier.
Cam you please help me in this matter.
