I lost my package

Hi. My package RE027232330CN has been in China since March 7 (almost 2 months). Your mail can't send it to Russia in any way. Don't you think this is out of the realm of reason? Please find my package and send it to me.

Hi Igor,

According to the latest tracking information, it was returned back in Nanjing on April 17 and still stuck at Nanjin International Exchange Station now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller. If so, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
