I need to stop my package from returning back to China

Hi!
Our package arrived in Germany from China after 5 months! However, because the recipient did not pick up the shipment from the retail outlet within the seven-day storage period, the shipment has been processed in the parcel center of origin, and unfortunately at the moment, the shipment has been processed in the export parcel center.
and it's ridiculous that after trying for more than two weeks, it seems no one is there to help us to stop this return process.
