I need a copy of the manifest to see who the delivering party was and to what address? I don’t have it!

I tried the seller, no response to me. I tried PayPal, they got a response indicating package delivered with track # so closed my dispute. They said I had to ask you for the delivery information to further dispute. I don’t know who the final carrier was but I DO NOT HAVE IT! I wasn’t to know who and where it was supposedly delivered to.
If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
