Where did you order it? eBay, Aliexpress or Amazon?

Hi,
I ordered something online and the tacking number is LA992290646CN. When delivered, it did not match up with what I paid for but had the tracking number on it. When I contacted the seller, they claimed that upon investigation the package was mixed up with someone else’s and that the delivery services wouldn’t cover the cost so they are only going to give me a 35 percent refund. Is there any way of knowing if it was actually muddled with another package?
