Received the totally wrong pair of sLoders. I ordered adidas and rec peppa pig

I need a returns label to send the sliders back. I ordered adidas and received peppa pig.....how can a company get it so wrong?? I paid approximately £20 for the sliders thinking they were adidas there is no way I would of paid that for peppa pig sliders when you can get them in asda for quarter of the price. I wanted adidas!!!!please advise.

Hi Joanna，

We couldn't get to know private information of the sender's name, address or phone. You need to contact the sender to ask their address to return the wrong one back and let them refund you.
