Dear China Post Service Team,

I am writing to respectfully request the official Proof of Delivery (POD) for a parcel shipped from China with the tracking number AT680243950CN. According to tracking information, the package shows as delivered on April 24, 2025, in Doral, Florida, USA.

However, the receiving service (Carga & Courier) in that location has confirmed that they did not receive the package. In order to file a police report and complete the investigation required by Amazon, I need a formal delivery confirmation that includes delivery address, date, and, if available, name or signature of the person who received the package.
