I was looking for my package in China.

I sent the package to China on 10/29/2015 from USPS and it was tracked by usps and they its already arrived in China on Nov 4th, but to my surprised my customer ( Angel Mike) said he didn't received it till now. I will really appreciate it if you can help me out.

Hi Ajayi,

You'd better let Angel Mike call USPS service number to ask why. There must be some problem. Maybe it was once delivered to him but he didn't get the call. So, they return it back.

Thank you so much for help i really appreciate it,. Angel Mike doesn't want track the package as soon as they told me it was in China I have been telling him to call post office and he said they always delivered into his office. Can I call usps by myself because I don't think Angel Mike will call them.

Hi Leah,

As the package is on the way to you. You can call usps directly and tell them your tracking number and the problem. But I think you need to pay more postage fee as you will deliver it again from your country to China.

It's been almost two months and I haven't received my package yet!
last update was about three days ago and now i got a new update saying it's in Beijing "has imported opening" i'm confused and really annoyed with this shipment! please help. Thanks

You replied to my last email that "China Customs don't reply questions about packages to individuals. As the carrier who is in charge of delivering the package in China is China Post, you can only contact China Post to check. " Could China Post please contact China Customs to find out if our package has arrived in China? These are the particulars regarding the package:
