The weight limit is 20kg for each package. You need to divide it into two. You can contact China Post directly by calling service number 11185 or go to your nearest post office to send.

Hi, I live in the Kingdom of Bahrain. I ordered a package a couple of weeks ago. The tracking information said exported sealed from International Mail Processing Center on 29 March 2020. But since last week it says no tracking information available. I contacted Bahrain Post and they said that they do accept packages from China but nothing arrived. How can I get tracking information about my package?? My tracking number is EV752014905CN.
