Hi my track in by number is AQ059716541CN it says my parcel is ready to leave the processing centre as I have been tracking and watching it and it hasn’t left just wondering if you can give me an update on my order please and when it will leave to be shipped over to the UK so if someone could please reply and let me know thanks
