Tacking says my parcels ready to leave the processing centre in 【Changsha City】but hasn’t moved for a day now my tracking number is AQ059716541CN
I feel like my parcel has been forgotten or lost could someone please tell me what’s happening thanks.

I’m reaching out to you because I’ve ordered a package from China to France using China Post. I’ve used websites to track my package, and it tells me that it hasn’t moved since the 06 November 2022. It appears to be stuck at the step « Package is ready to leave the Chinese territory, has been lend to the transporter for it’s shipping towards France ».
My package tracking number is LV621375376CN, could you please give me any information about my package ? Has it been lost or is it just taking long ?
