The tracking for my parcel says: “Import/export formalities have been suspended due to a missing invoice.” Could you please tell me exactly which document is required and to which email address I should send it in order to release the parcel?

I have 2 parcels of items ordered from China to Japan
Usually very fast, this time both were sent to customs inspection in Guangzhou before sending to Japan. However they have been transferred from export to import customs? Why import since they didn't departed from China yet?
