Invoice Of Package missing. Where can I upload the invoice on your site?

Hello please , I ordered a wig from AliExpress in January and I returned the wig on the 28 of January to china because the wig was not as described. The tracking number is EA169330579BE. I have been waiting for 2months for the wig to be returned back to the seller but my package has been held at china customs due to invoice missing. Where can I upload the invoice?

Hi Kelly Mbaku,

It's waiting for the receiver in China to pay the tax to the customs now. You need to contact the receiver in China to pay for it and sumbit the invoice. You couldn't upload from abroad.
