is China post too poor to pay for an airplane or what.

hi, i got a question about china post registered air mail.
Since 30 november, it has this one status update only:Airlines have to pay transportation.
Maybe im too impatient, but ive never seen one stuck for 6 days. Max i saw was 4 days, then it would come up as "airlines departure." Hw long i should wait? does 11.11 affect it in any way? Thanks.

It usually takes about 20-40 days to have further update showing it arrives in the destination country. Please wait patiently.
