The order RP112973355CN was created in 29/11/2018.
The package was received and processed, but now it seems that it is stuck since 04/12/2018 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know what the shipment status is.

It should have left China on Dec. 4 and it's on the way to Israel now. There will be further update when it arrives. It usually take 15-30 days for it to reach. Wait patiently.

It left China on Dec. 7 and on the way to the US now. It usually takes 15- 30 days for it to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

So I just wanted to thank you !!! (also for your customer service and fast reply :-) )
I would like to advise you that in the future your detailed text would be more informative. Especially I would add a note when the package leaves China towards the destination country (of course that little addition to the text would have relaxed me. Of course that journey takes more time. Unfortunately I thought that it should still be moving around within China, hence my previous worries. Just thought it got lost because it is the busy season...)
