Is my package even moving? It hasn’t moved since May 10!

Daisy, can you tell me if my package is even moving? It hasn’t moved since May 10 and when I contact the seller they never respond! What can I do? Am I getting scammed and will my package even come?

Hi Karen,

I'm not sure what the last tracking information is. If it was delivered on air transport on May 10, it's normal that there is no update for it now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in your country.
