Is my package lost?

I ordered my package on November 29, 2021 by using the application called “AliExpress”. My tracking number is LY947892849CN i was wondering where it is now? I have an app called “SHOP” and it’s stating that it’s in transit in Zhengzhou, China, but the seller is stating that my package arrived at “my local post office” these are the exact words and they will not let me dispute. It’s been over 2 months now what should I do?

According to the tracking information, it's still in China on Dec. 23 and there is no more update after that. It's not normal. It may be delayed or lost. If you don't want to wait for more days, you need to contact the seller to get refund in time.
