is my package lost?

last tracking update was on November 9 and it was saying "leaving the Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station, the next stop , International Mail Processing Center" but since then there was no message about arriving. was it lost on it's way? is it possible that it was not processed yet? tracking number is LO376508428CN

Hi kate,

It should have left China and is in transit to your country now. It usually takes about a month to reach. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
