Hi,
My package has been stuck in Departure from outward office of exchange, GUANGZHOU EM for more than a Three months now. What is going on?
Is my package lost!!?
It is a bad service .. I paid for shipping and you took my package and you didn’t deliver it to me!!

Hi Areej,

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller. It's in Dongguan City where the seller is located now. It will be delivered to the seller recently. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
