It has been 42 days since my package is in transit. It is stuck at the 'Delivery to carrier' stage, which is not normal. I still haven't received any notification regarding my package. I waited for so long, thinking it would be fine. But still no news. Where did it go?
I have ordered several times, but this is the first time it is taking so long.

Hi Adam az,

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

My 6 parcels has been labelled as 'handed over to carrier' for a long time now. But on the app, it is still not labelled as on transit to Singapore. It is stuck at the step 'handed over to carrier' The tracking numbers are EV990119249CN, EV990582465CN, EV990890174CN, EV991075694CN, EV991432855CN, EV991719672CN. Can you answer on why it is taking so long for 6 of them to fly to Singapore?
