it says its in Marawi City For 3Days,how would i know what courier?

its in the destination area (MARAWI CITY, LANAO DEL SUR) but still no courier contacted me, and i dont know where or what courier to go to follow-up my parcel.
please help me facilitate this parcel of mine.

If it's shipped out by China Post in China, it will be handed over to Philippines Post to deliver it to you.
