Hi Zoey,

They should be stuck at the customs now. You'd better wait for more days to see they arrive in New Zealand and got by New Zealand Post.

I notice that there have been 2 flight from Guangzhou to Auckland in the past two weeks and it appears that my parcel was not on either flight.
