Item delivered to wrong town

LV789939294CN this is the tracking number.

It shows delivered to Lower Edmonton DO in London. However I have given the delivery address as Manchester. Why has it been delivered to London?? I have postal code as M45 6QA. Please arrange my parcel to be delivered to Manchester.
