Hi serena,

It seems it's stuck in Shenzhen since Dec. 18. You'd better contact the recipient to let him call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to it.

The delivery information states may item has been delived to me on 03/09/2025. However I have received nothing and my security cameras have shown that nothing was delived and also the delivery was stated to be delivered on a Sunday and the only parcel delivery service to work on a Sunday is Amazon. Could you send me the address it was delivered to and proof that it was delivered. If you used a uk delivery firm could you let me know which one. Could you let me know as soon possible as I’m am going to have to report the incident.
