Item didn't move for 35 days

So my parcel RE247477646CN has been in the same spot for the last 35 days I checked on the map. A little additional information would greatly help. Thanks in advance.

My package : RV441173015CN
Didnt move anymore from 16/06 till 18/06 and 23/06 It says " in sita center" but no updates anymore. Is the product stuck in China? Can you check this for me please cuz normal with this shipping methode it takes around +- 10 days and now its still not here after more then a month.
