Item purchased not received

My tracker is showing my purchase was delivered however it was not received. Ive checked at the post office 2 times now & asked my neighbors. When you go to Google maps off the tracker on where it was delivered is clearly not my address. My tracker #ZP08483985101 order #2153, the shop name is Vanikus. My name is Tammie Shock @ 13920 State Route 23, Granger IN 46530. Please advise, thank you

Hello.
I purchased an item on AliExpress, but the seller did not ship the item on time, and the purpose for which I have purchased the item has been defeated. I filed a dispute against the store, but the seller did not accept it, saying that he had already shipped the ite. The item has not left China, so I want to know if you can return the item to the address of the seller so that I can receive my money back.

I purchased an item and Quingbei supply was used by the seller my Tracking number is EUB AMG701115994CD
17Track is said today that it was Delivered to my address at 15.46. I received this update an hour before that time and no delivery was attempted or made and I have not received any parcel???
This is an Irish address and I am trying to find out what happened and which local courier/ postal service you used once the parcel arrived in Ireland.
I have emailed the company I purchased the item from and they just say that it was delivered, but it was not. I have a camera outside and no one came to my house and my neighbours did not receive anything either??
