item recieval by addressee

My item arrived on the 9.4.25 and is awaiting customs declaration by the receiver/addressee, I don't want to push my way in, but is there any possible way the adressee can be contacted somehow and collect the item. The tracking number is LK236904754Au.
Yongming Xia has a phone number which is 8613113003393, if they can be contacted and pick up the item from customs. Would appreciate a bit of confirmation, I know customs can get busy, but please I ask you kindly, many thanks in anticipation Bea Rath-male

Hi and thank you Daisy, for your 27.5.25 reply. I appreciate your help on my inquiry, I am trying to contact my receiver very regularly, but as you can appreciate, the answers are all in chinese and they are difficult to contact. You say they should have receivedf the notice to declare to the customs, I do hope they have done this. Would it be possible for me to contact Shenzhen International Customs Brokerage Agency and assist in this way. Thank you Daisy and please advise, I am a pensioner and only would like my item sorted out with the addressee, kind regards Bea Rath-Male

Hi again Daisy, I just found a site called 17 Track.net and they seem to think that the parcel is being returned to sender as it has been in transit for 66 days, is this possible after I have been hoping to get it to the addressee/receiver? Also on the 4.6.25, what does "Shenzhen, in transportation, has been out of warehouse indicate", does it mean going to addressee or back to me, I do not understand, I am getting really worried, please advise kindly Bea

I have tried to contact Shenzhen International Declaration Bank Agency on 8675526755971, but it does not appear to be going through, are there perhaps any other methods of contact for this company, also I sent an email to Tablets World with the details of how to contact the above, although not much point now that it is being returned to the sender, namely me. If this is the case I am extremely disappointed in the addressee called Tablets World, Jiazhaoye, etc that they do not honor their products. From the reviews I read here there must be thousands of people in the same situation and that is also disappointing, thank you again for trying to help, regards Bea

The receiver should have received the notice to declare to the customs. He can also call 0755-26755971 to check what to submit.
