Item stuck at exchange station

Hi, my package has been stuck at Shanghai exchange station since the 30/11/2020. The tracking code is LZ471135086CN. This seems unusual as none of my other packages have done this. This is the only one that has gotten stuck. All the rest have arrived quickly with no issues. I was hoping my shipment would arrive in the UK before Christmas but this seems like it won’t arrive for ages. I contacted the seller to see what their advice was but all they have said is they will ship it urgently but I can’t see how that makes sense as I thought it was already shipped.

According to the latest tracking information on Nov.30, it will be returned back and it's still stuck in Shanghai now. If it's back to the seller or stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
