Item Stuck at Flight Departure

Hello,

My items lv258038549cn seems to be accepted by the carrier but stuck at flight departure. It's not moving at all. Please can you advise what's happening with it?

Hi Waksi,

Airline departed on October 16. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I ordered my item on April 22 and it's been stuck in Flight Departure status for 60+ days. I can no longer contact the company I bought it from as the website is no longer active. I'm just hoping this wasn't a scam. :-(
