I ordered an item over 3 months ago and it has gone in circles between the following status:
Handed over to Carrier
Rejected by Safety Check Point
Returned from Safety Check point
Dispatched from Office of Exchange
How could this go in circles for 3 months? I have contacted seller with no response. Looking forward to any info that could help or a number for me to call. Thank you.

It should couldn't be left China due to some reason. You couldn't contact China Post from abroad. Only the seller could do that. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
