my shipment has not been delivered although says Langley 10.11. 2020

Hi Daisy I did contact seller and PayPal through whom it was paid the seller insisted that it was delivered and signed for. PayPal have taken their side after they produced shipment note and tracker has said it arrived at Langley but not received at my address I have now lost my money and no chance of being reimbursed

Yes, it has been over six months and you couldn't get refund from Paypal as well. You should open the case in six months.

Thank you for your reply as it says parcels arrived at Langley so seller is saying they are not responsible as they have notice to say it was delivered there, what I need to know is where did it go from there as it not been delivered to me.
It's not normal that it's still not delivered. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
