Items stuck at customs Belgium.

I have two packages from AliExpress stuck at Liège Linehaul (apparently Belgian customs) for almost a month. One since nov 18th, the other nov 19th. This is Belgium, I live in the Netherlands and the items are therefore wrongly listed as "arrived in destination country". Weird thing is that several other packages I ordered later have cleared there within a day and have already been delivered. Sellers are no help whatsoever, just giving standard answers.

I also have a shipment in Liege for 17 days. The seller does not give me any information about the delay. I contacted the customs in Liege and they told me that they were not responsible for transporting the shipment. The shipments are probably stuck at the Cainiao Hub in Liege, for which the Chinese Post or the Cainiao logistics are responsible. There are many people on this Q&A site who have the same problem but do not get a logical answer from anyone. I hope someone will pay attention to us soon.
