its been over a year and i still didnt receive

I ordered from aliexpress and used free shipping via china post and I didn't receive it over a year now. I can't open a dispute because I pressed "confirm good received" what shall I do?

If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
