It’s been two months.... please help!!

Hi! I have two packages that I have not gotten any tracking Info on since March or April... can someone please help me figure out what’s going on!!!

I keep being told to be patient because of covid and I get that.... but 49 days in transit and nothing???

The tracking numbers are LY070139443CN and LY165702907CN

Hi Bb.faith,

LY070139443CN was delivered to air transport on March 31 and is in transit to the US now. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

LY165702907CN was delivered to air transport in Changchang on May 19 and will leave China recently.

CP429965991CN ordered two chairs from AliExpress. One was missing a seat. They said they shipped it, shows it’s left Tianjin 7/21/2022 and arrived in Shanghai 8/25/2022. Then has been sitting in origin post preparation for 2 months now. Seller is useless. I know this can mean they’re putting it on a container and that’s not filled and released yet but for 2 months and 4 months total shipping time now, seems excessive even for AliExpress which I use frequently. Would love any help I can get.

i see because of the virus going on it’s all delayed, but this has taken too much time. when will i be receiving my package or is this a scam?
